- Complete all sections of the form with as much detail as possible. Any missing information may cause delays.
- Upload at least three photos:
- A close-up of the impacted area
- A 180-degree view capturing the compromised area in square feet
- An image of the surrounding area and the backing
- Submit all images at the same time before finalizing the form submission.
